Hello!

Currently, I am an Assistant Professor of Science and Technology Studies (STS) at Plaksha University in Punjab, India. I focus on questions related to the social and ethical ways that people use science and technology and study how engineers and scientists make knowledge, as well as how different publics transform science and technologies. 

I have a PhD from the University of Minnesota; a Master’s in Education from Harvard University, and a Bachelor’s in Biology from Saint Catherine University. Previously, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Bucknell University.  

I am originally from London, England; grew up and lived most of my life in the United States in Minneapolis, New Orleans, New York, and Boston. I currently live in Chandigarh, India. Outside of research and teaching, I make art, read as much as I can, and love riding my bicycle across long distances.
